We overlook older people, undervalue what they carry, and move too fast to stop and learn from them. This collection is a full stop; a deliberate slowdown. Laughing through it is still getting through it.

Sometimes you wear your testimony. Sometimes you wear the part where it was a little ridiculous and you had no choice but to laugh. This collection is for people who understand that joy is not optional, it’s a survival skill and a solid fashion choice.

The Healing Through Humor Collection was created for moments when life feels heavy but laughter still finds a way in.

This collection acknowledges real experiences many people navigate quietly: perimenopause and menopause, divorce, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, and the process of healing itself. These topics aren’t treated lightly here. They’re treated honestly, with humor that offers relief rather than avoidance.

The goal isn’t to make fun of pain. It’s to create space to breathe, smile, and feel seen without having to explain everything. Sometimes humor is how we cope. Sometimes it’s how we survive. And sometimes it’s simply how we tell the truth when the truth is complicated.

Each piece in this collection is designed to:
• Normalize shared experiences
• Offer comfort without clichés
• Use humor as a form of emotional release
• Respect the weight of what people are carrying

This collection is for people who are healing in real time and still showing up, still laughing when they can, and still moving forward even when the path isn’t linear.

Healing doesn’t always look serious. Sometimes it looks like a knowing smile.

Most people had not heard much about lupus until someone famous mentioned it. That was us too. Then we started reading. Lupus disproportionately impacts women of color, sometimes for years before anyone figures out what is actually wrong. The symptoms mimic other conditions, the diagnosis takes forever, and the impact on daily life is real. We wanted more people in our community to know it exists, know the signs, and know they are not alone if they are navigating it. Check our resource page for organizations that can help.

Some days exist to make you laugh. Others exist to make you stop scrolling and pay attention. We are here for both.

There is a day for everything. Seriously, everything. The quirky ones will make you laugh out loud and the important ones will stop you cold. We started paying attention to awareness days because life can get heavy fast and sometimes you need something nonsensical to remind you that joy still exists. And sometimes you need a number, a fact, or a ribbon color to remind you that something you did not even know about is quietly impacting people you love. We wanted both of those things in one place. The fun days. The serious ones. All of them matter.

1 in 4 young people are currently dealing with a mental health issue.
Lupus disproportionately impacts women of color, many of whom go undiagnosed for years.
There are more people waiting for an organ transplant than most of us will ever know.
And older adults, the ones who literally built everything we are standing on, are consistently the most overlooked group in the room.

We carry these days because awareness is the first step to action, and because some of these causes hit close to home.
