1. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link faster than you can say “Where’s my stuff?”

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. For now, we only ship within the U.S.
International fam—stay tuned. We're coming for you soon.

3. What does Final Sale mean?

Final sale = no returns, no exchanges.
These pieces are either limited drops or super exclusive. If you're unsure, email us before you buy—we’d rather answer a question than break your heart.

4. How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are processed in 2–5 business days and shipped right after.
You’ll get tracking info when it’s on the move.
Delays? Rare, but possible. If things are taking too long, let us know and we’ll check on it.

5. I made a mistake—can I change or cancel my order?

Email us ASAP at contact@nxtlvllooks.com. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do what we can.
Once it's out the door, it’s yours.

6. Do you keep my info safe?

Absolutely. We don’t sell your info, stalk your inbox, or share your secrets. We collect what we need to process your order, improve your experience, and vibe with you—nothing more. Your data is yours. Your trust is everything. We take that seriously.

7. What's your return policy?
