Your Words. Our Outlet. No Consequences.
What we're talking about.
SAY It all studios was created after one too many ‘hold it together, sis’ moments…I was tired, overwhelmed,
I was byond pisstated.
I dictated a rant into ChatGPT just to get it out. Didn’t expect much.
But I felt lighter than an ex’s promises.
Saying it without saying it to them? The release was life changing.
Because look I don’t need closure from folks who never gave consistency
and I'm not trying to cause friction in the family, or lay hands on anyone.
So this? This is closure for the rest of us.
This is Say It All Day.
A judgment-free, jail-free, hell-avoiding, job keeping, peace-snatching podcast.
You’ve been polite and quiet long enough.
I built this studio for everyone who’s ever screamed into a pillow or drafted a message and never hit send.
Your silence was cute. But it’s time.
Let’s say it all.
Let’s get into this. We are dropping vicious vents. This is your safe place to release.
Because you're tired of:
– Holding it in to keep the peace
– Pretending you're fine when you're not
– Protecting everyone else's feelings while yours don't matter
– Being the "strong one" who never gets to break
Because here you can be unfiltered and unfired. Get it off your chest without risking your job, group chat, or peace.
Release > Regret. Purge it here so you don’t post it there.
Anonymous if you want. We can distort your voice or read your words.
Also, your friends are tired of hearing about your toxic relationship/terrible boss/boundary-crossing mother-in-law when you won't do anything about it. They love you. They want to support you. But hearing the SAME vent for the 47th time is exhausting.
Every vent can be shared anonymously unless you say otherwise. Want it distorted or text-only? Just let us know your story, your rules.
It's the thing you can't say out loud. The truth you're swallowing. The rage you're suppressing to keep your job, your relationship, your family dynamics intact.
EXAMPLES:
My mother-in-law redecorated my house while I was at work. She said she was "helping". I said thank you. But what I wanted to say? "Get the fuck out of my house and stop acting like your son married a child who can't decorate her own space."
My boss takes credit for my ideas in every meeting. I smile and say "great teamwork". What I want to say? 'You're a mediocre, spineless, joke of a leader coasting on other people's talent and everyone knows it."
My friend only calls when she needs something. I always answer. What I want to say is 'I'm not your freaking therapist, your bank, or your backup plan. Grow up, and figure your shit out."
That's a vicious vent. Real. Raw. The truth you're not allowed to say.
Submit yours. We'll read it. Anonymously. No judgment. We've all been there.
